Who are we?

 

Based in mid Sussex, down on the sunny south coast, Bankruptcy Annuity Services LLP (BAS) has been set up by Steve Lambert, an ex-IFA specialising in insolvency matters, and Jerry Manser, a chartered accountant, purely for the purpose of buying residual annuities from Trustees in Bankruptcy. The two of them also own Cromwell Financial Solutions Limited, a company with the same aim.

 

Steve has been involved in the financial industry since 1970, and has been dealing with IPs pension problems for the past dozen years or so. Due to the phenomenal success (and the subsequent immense workload!) of Cromwell and BAS he has recently sold his IFA practice to enable him to concentrate solely on annuity purchases.

 

Jerry has been a chartered accountant in private practice for virtually all of his working years. He now spends his time almost equally between his home in West Sussex and his farmhouse in mid France, from where he is one of the new breed of e-commuters.

 

The documentation for both Cromwell and BAS was drafted by Andy Taylor. Andy is qualified as both a solicitor and an IP, and is a partner in ASB Law, based in Brighton. He is respected throughout the industry.
